“Yeni İmalatçı Olumsuz Olay Raporu” ve “Uluslararası Tıbbi Cihaz Düzenleyicileri Forumu (IMDRF) Advers Olay Raporlama Terminolojisi ve Kodları” Hakkında Duyuru

İmalatçı/İthalatçı firmalar tarafından tıbbi cihazlar, vücuda yerleştirilebilir aktif tıbbi cihazlar ve in vitro tıbbi tanı cihazlarla ilgili meydana gelen olumsuz olayların veya ciddi olumsuz olayların Yetkili Otoritelere bildiriminde kullanılan rapor formunda, Avrupa Birliği Komisyonunca güncelleme yapılmış ve yeni rapor formu 1 Ocak 2020 tarihinden itibaren kullanılmaya başlanmıştır. 1 Ocak 2020 tarihinden itibaren kullanılması zorunlu olan “Yeni İmalatçı Olumsuz Olay Rapor” formu, Ürün Takip Sistemi “Uyarı Rapor İşlemleri” menüsüne eklenmiştir. “Yeni İmalatçı Olumsuz Olay Rapor” formunda, Uluslararası Tıbbi Cihaz Düzenleyicileri Forumu (IMDRF) tarafından geliştirilen terminoloji ve kodlar kullanılmaktadır.

Terminoloji ve kodlara ilişkin Uluslararası Tıbbi Cihaz Düzenleyicileri Forumu tarafından yayımlanan rehber doküman ile terminoloji ve kodları içeren eklerin Türkçelerine Kurumumuz internet sayfasının Tıbbi Cihaz Uyarı Sistemi1 bölümünden, orijinallerine ise Uluslararası Tıbbi Cihaz Düzenleyicileri Forumunun internet sayfasından2 ulaşabilirsiniz.
