STOK BİLDİRİM İŞLEMLERİNE İLİŞKİN DUYURU

Bilindiği üzere; 12.06.2017 tarihi itibari ile tıbbi cihaz kayıt/bildirim işlemleri, ürün hareketleri ve ilgili diğer iş ve işlemler Ürün Takip Sistemi (ÜTS) üzerinden takip edilmektedir. 30.10.2019 tarihli “2019/ÜTSG-10 Ürün Takip Sistemi Tekil Takip Süreçleri Hakkında Erteleme Duyurusu” ile

· Sınıf-III risk düzeyine sahip tıbbi cihazlar ile optik ürünler dışındaki diğer tüm ürün gruplarında tekil takibin 01.01.2020 tarihi itibariyle zorunlu olarak başlayacağı

· Bayi firmaların, sağlık tesislerine sattıkları ve/veya SGK geri ödeme kapsamında olup doğrudan vatandaşa sattıkları ürünlerden hâlihazırda ellerinde bulunan tekilleştirmedikleri tıbbi cihazlar için “stok bildirimi” yapmaları gerektiği

· Stok bildirimi yapılma işlemlerine yönelik ÜTS ekranlarının 15.02.2020 tarihinde kapatılacağı

· 15.02.2020 tarihinden itibaren bayilerin ellerinde bulunan ve tekilleştirilmemiş tıbbi cihazların tekil bildirimlerinin sadece üretici/ithalatçı firma tarafından üretim/ithalat bildirimi ile yapılabileceği ifade edilmiştir.
